em-trak – Class A and Class B AIS transponders
The em-trak range covers AIS transponders and other AIS equipment for vessels.
An AIS transponder sends your vessel’s position, course and speed to other vessels and shore stations and receives the same data from them. This lets vessels see each other even in poor visibility. Service and installation of em-trak equipment is part of what we do in Split.
What we offer
- Class A AIS transponders, for vessels that are required to carry AIS
- Class B AIS transponders, for all other vessels

Installation and service
We install the AIS transponder together with its GPS and VHF antennas, connect it to the power supply and commission it. The transponder needs your vessel’s MMSI number to operate, so please include it in your enquiry. We service em-trak equipment: we check the antennas, the cables and the unit itself.
